Dr. Abood Khaled Al-Amoudi

Co-Founder & CEO

Architect and urban researcher specializing in the design and activation of smart cities, and a faculty member at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University – College of Architecture and Planning.

His research and professional interests span the intersections of urban design, smart technologies, and quality of life in cities, with particular focus on harnessing artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things in shaping the urban environments of the future.

He holds membership in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a member of the Smart Cities Council Australia, reflecting his international presence in the fields of architecture and smart cities.

Alongside his academic career, he is a partner and co-founder of several technology platforms and initiatives in the construction and real estate development sector, where he contributes to developing innovative business models that bridge technology and construction. He also brings hands-on experience in project management, execution, and real estate development, guided by an integrative vision that unites scientific research with practical application.

Ahmed Khalil Abuabdou

Co-Founder & CTO

Solutions and enterprise applications architect with technical experience since childhood, who has played leadership roles in mission-critical national Saudi platforms such as Muqeem and Qiwa, serving millions of users and companies at large scale.

He can lead an entire IT department and drive its strategy, while zooming all the way in to the micro level of developer, tester, designer, and DevOps engineer tasks.

He specializes in technical delivery project management, solution architecture, software design patterns, large-scale concurrency and performance, enterprise integrations, and developer-productivity accelerators such as frontend and backend project starters and code generators. His expertise spans architecture documentation and presentations, IT strategy, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, technology radars, and digital transformation — including current- and future-state architecture along with assessment, formation, and planning — with deep knowledge and experience across domains such as inspection, licensing, permits, meetings, and appointments platforms, and familiarity with national regulators' laws, policies, controls, and indexes such as DGA, SDAIA, and NCA.
